In 2004, John launched a real estate-focused, full-service marketing agency, which he, and his team, cultivated into one of the country’s fastest-growing companies. This thriving venture, known as Threshold, has continued to expand its reach and now serves clients across North America.

Throughout this journey, John has harnessed his extensive experience to provide invaluable guidance to his clients, helping them position their assets for their highest and best value. Now in Denver, his insights are instrumental, and he remains a trusted resource for those navigating the complex landscape of today’s real estate market.

Beyond his professional achievements, John treasures his time with his husband, their 16-year-old son, and their extended family and friends.
